This is the Streakers Half Marathon Beginner Training Program.  Training for a Half Marathon (13.1M) is a challenging and rewarding endeavor.  Participants in our 12-week program benefit from our professional head coach, experienced captains, and three weekly group runs, as well as guest speakers and information on nutrition & hydration, injury prevention, stretching, strength training, and more.

This is a template program appropriate for beginners that want to train for a half marathon in a fun, group setting.  Our first group long run will begin with three miles.
