Coach Jen will offer 12 week plans for any/all training program participants. They can be customized towards any distance and experience level. Training plans would run between Monday, January 4th to Sunday, March 28th. This gives two weeks rest/recovery after the end of the current virtual session and includes time to train for all the major races through March. This also then gives two weeks rest/recovery before starting (hopefully) in-person programs again in April. Training plans are just that…training plans…no other actual coaching/plan changes; etc.
