“Is it safe to run while I’m pregnant?”  “Can I run after I’ve had a baby?”  “I want to jog but I have a new baby and I don’t know where to start!”  If these sound like familiar questions, we have the answers for you at FIT4MOM’s Run Club!  We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group, offering information, motivation, and specially designed training programs for running moms at any fitness level.  In addition to learning about the fundamentals of running, we’ll focus our discussions on nutrition for nursing moms, safe stretching techniques, proper gear fit after pregnancy and childbirth, and so much more. Our certified run coach will be with you every step of the way.

    I love Fit4Mom Run Club!! This is a GREAT group of women, who are so welcoming and truly help lift you up when you want to quit! ALL running levels!!
